What once began as simply a summer job for Aaron at the age of 14, the construction industry has now been his way of life for nearly 25 years. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine in 1995, Aaron was employed as a staff engineer and Auto-Cad designer for Kenduskeag Engineering. Two years behind a desk was enough for Aaron to realize that an office job as not for him. Aaron Newcomb Building Construction Inc. was founded in 1997. He decided to put his college degree to use and founded his own construction business. With his wife, Jennifer, by his side, they have successfully built new custom homes and completed additions and remodeling in the Greater Bangor area for over 10 years. Within the past 5 years, the business has expanded to include commercial, bonded construction.
Aaron invites prospective clients to sit down with him to discuss ideas. Together they will custom design a house plan.
He will then draft the home design of their dreams. This family-run, home-based business includes Jennifer managing the office and coordinating subcontractors. She is available to assist clients during the many phases of construction. Aaron is unique to the industry in that he is a “hands-on” contractor who works in the field to oversee quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Call us today to set up an appointment to begin the design process. Many customers start with a simple hand sketch, or a house plan they have found online. From your ideas, we will custom design your home and provide you with a free estimate on the cost of construction.
We have worked with many financial institutions in the area and can help you obtain financing. We also offer turn-key financing, which means we will finance the construction of your new home and you will purchase the home from us complete.
A typical construction time frame is 4 months from groundbreaking to the finished product.
